I had my last final today. US History. Mrs. Durkin wasn't there, so we had a sub. The final wasn't so bad. Found out I got a 94% on
my chemistry final. John and I hung out after school. I don't remember what we did. I worked 4-10. Highpoint was seeing my chemistry grade.

Woo, first day of Official Summer. I watched some TV and Relaxed, waiting for John to finish whatever he was doing (I don't remember, it took a few hours though). Then John and I, looking for stuff to do, called a bunch of people. We were going to go to Blanski's party at his dad's house...I don't remember why, but we didn't. We decided to call Martha again. We went over there and hung out a bit. Martha had to be home early, so she went with Colleen to some party, and John and I did what we originally planned to see that night - see Troy. It was a pretty good movie. The badassness of Achilles was the highpoint of my night.

I hung out at home all day today just relaxing, because I felt that is what I needed.
I worked 6-10, nothing exciting happened. Actually, that's a lie. I worked alone from 9-10, and I decided to steal some Jabaņeros and a few pluots. After work I hung out with Matt and Erin. We went to the park and some other places. We ate pluots. It was cool. Erin had to be home at about 12, so I called home and asked if I could just sleep over at Matt's.
My mom said fine, so I went home and grabbed a bathing suit and then headed back to Matt's. we swam from 1am-4am~. After a long swim, we popped in Mystic River and fell asleep watching it.
Highpoint of the day was swimming for 3 hours in the middle of the night.

I woke up to the sound of Austin (Matt's little bro) running around pressing a nextel phone, making that horribly annoying DDZZDZDZZT noise OVER AND OVER again. I almost fucking killed him.
Kim (Matt's mom...which, as of this day, is what I am officially allowed to call her) said we were both snoring pretty damn loud. That's ok.
I went home at 2ish and I watched some history channel and played some guitar.
Highpoint of the day? Watching Matt beat the crap out of Dillon (his youngest brother) with pillows and seeing him just laugh. And then Matt hitting Austin ONCE, initiating the most horrendous cry/scream I've ever heard from anyone in the Sollars residence. What a baby.

I came home and continued installations. PS: I love Wlodarz for hooking me up with all my old software. The highpoint of the day was getting my computer back up and running.

I came home from school with John and we called up Matt. We went swimming at his house. Matt's brothers came in the pool aswell and we had a good time throwing them around. We left sometime and got home around 7. I went with my Uncle to go tux shopping for his wedding. I got a pretty cool tux. The highpoint of the day was almost hitting a deer on the entrance ramp on the way home.

I hung out with Martha and Krissy after school today. We went to Matt's house and went swimming. It was a lot of fun. We played Strip Marco Polo, and, needless to say, Matt and I won. we scored us 2 free boob shots, 1 from each of the ladies playing the game. Martha had to go to Driver's Ed and Matt had to go take his car in for an emissions test, so we left around 5 or 6. I dropped Martha and Krissy off at their respective houses, and then Matt and I hung out again. We went to Erin's, where a bunch of people accumulated. Erin almost killed us both when we went to get Pizza. She is the craziest driver ever. We hung out at the park a bit, and went on top of the school's roof. Erin threw a clay sculpture she made onto the blacktop. Matt and I left and he dropped me off at John's. John came over to my house and we played some Othello, what a cool game. Then he went home. The highpoint of the day was playing The Game in Erin's car with Matt and Tim.

I worked today 3-10. At 10 I picked up John, his brother, and his brother's girlfriend and drove uptown. I dropped everyone off but John. We went to Erin's house for a going-away party for Lauren Adams (She is moving on Monday). It was a lot of fun. A lot of people were exagerating their intoxication....which is really lame. We lit off some fireworks at the park, and then we left. Austin and Joe (Blanski) showed up and I was happy, I hadn't seen Austin in a bit. We chatted a bit, he told me about his summer. Then John and I had to go home. We played some Othello and threw out some movie ideas. The highpoint of the day was playing Othello with John. We had a great time.

Today was Father's Day. We went to Lake Geneva, Wisconsin. My family and I went on a boat tour. It was kinda fun, but there were jackass little kids behind us who wouldn't stfu. After that we went to eat at a cool little resturant, then we went home and gave my Dad some gifts. The rest of the night I was on my computer. The highpoint of the day was the great Chicken Ceasar wrap I had for dinner.

Today I went to school. We watched a movie. After school, I dropped John and Michael off at home and then I was off. I went to work from 4 (I thought it was 3...I was wrong) and stayed until 10. The order was really shitty and I was stuck with crappy jobs...like filling the tomato table. The highpoint of the day was jumping on a bag of baby carrots and having them explode all across the floor. On an unrelated note, The Cure - A Letter To Elise is one of the most beautiful songs I've ever heard. Actually, the highpoint of the day was seeing Michelle. I hadn't seen her in so long and I missed her. But not in the "I'm in love with Michelle!" way. Yep.

School was cool. I ran for class president..Well, Summerschoolclass president. I got in an awesome fight about how it's uncalled for to kick a guy in the nads just for calling the kicker a bitch. I am right. I definitely won the argument. Right now I'm running against Matina for the presidency. I chose Sal as my vice president. He promised to bring in food every day. After school I went straight home because John left early for a docter's appointment. I worked on glenallenpruett.com and didn't get very far. I fixed photoshop, my clock doesn't need to be set to 2003 to use it, anymore. I went to work at 4 and did a pretty decent job. Afterwards, I gave Colin a ride home. On the way, Ben called. Ben informed me my camping equiptment was ready. Camping equiptment is psychadelic. So I dropped Colin off and went over to Ben's. He gave me the equiptment and I promised to pay him tomorrow. Needless to say, the acquisition of the camping equiptment was the highpoint of this day.

Today I was given the honor of Summer School Government Class President. My VP, Sal, brought in a few dozen Dunkin' Donuts and everyone was happy. Besides that, school was meh.
Matt and I went to John's and saw the baby bunnies he found in the yard. We stopped by my house and I gave John his camping equiptment (Titled: Boomers and Hoogenboom). I stayed home because John and Matt were going to Sanch's party, and I had work later on. So I worked on glenallenpruett.com for a bit before heading to work.
I packaged up Colin's camping equiptment (Titled: Ceiling) in a paralell port switchbox and put it in my car. I had to go shopping, so I did for about 45 minutes, and then I went to work. I gave Colin the equiptment, and, upon realizing I had used 6 screws to put it together, called me an asshole. After which he thanked me for it.
I noted on the schedule that I was put in for 12-5 the next Saturday. That was a no-go. I'm gonna be out of town, and I told him that. So Jeff removed it with much fuss, and then asked me to stay late to perfect the place. I agreed
I worked until 10:30 (Colin was working until 11) and then went home.
I practices singing/playing First Day Of My Life and then went to bed. The Highpoint of the day was Colin's reaction to the amazingly packaged camping equiptment.."....You asshole."

Today is Julie's birthday.
I brought in Cereal and Milk for my summerschool class. It went fast. We watched TWO movies today and I slept through both of them in order to get some much needed sleep. Then we had to write a paper on it during class. I BSed the entire thing. I think I did all right.
After school I went to John's and Julie, Allison, Clucky, Matt, Adam, Sean, and Jeremy came over. We ate cake. Then we went to GameWorks. It was fun, we were there for a few hours. Sean kicked my ass a few times at airhockey, but I returned the asskicking an equal amount of times (i think?).
Matt and John were pissed because adam and I were busy trying to find tickets in the ticket-game section. We managed to get 8 plastic tops and we gave one to everyone but Jeremy (who said he'd take one for the team and not get one). Matt threw his at me in the parking lot. I gave it to Jeremy.
We went to Chili's and that was kinda cool, we had a very pretty waitress. yessssssssss. After that everyone went home, but Matt and I went to John's and I watched them play some Axis and Allies. I went home about 9 and stayed up til 2 arguing with Rachel. I feel kinda bad about that, but eff that shit. She has a horrible outlook on herself which is totally unjustified.
Highpoint of the day? Winning airhockey against Sean with a score of around 17-9. (HAPPY, SEAN?!!$!@$#!@$!@

Today is friday and Friday's are cool. Sal brought in some donut-holes for munchin during class. I slept with my head against the wall. I think we took a test before that.
After school I went home, because John and Matt were gonna play some Axis and Allies. But Matt didn't show so I told John to just come over, so we hung out and tried to garbage pick but it didn't work so well. We found nothing at garage sales, either.
We just hung out at my house for a few hours, played a game or two of Othello, listened to music. Then we called Matt, who was sleeping, and had his Mom throw something at him to wake him up. He did. Matt came over.
We found a movie theater and set out an HOUR EARLY (because of John's request to be there early so we wouldn't have to wait in a huge line because the movie was gonna be sold out :p) and wound up waiting in the lobby, lineless, until we could go inside.
We got fscking carded at the theater door, wtf. We flashed some badges and got in, and prepared ourself for Fahrenheit 9/11. It was pretty awesome, but very disturbing. I recommend you see it..
Afterwards we went back to John's and Matt and John played some Axis and Allies. I stayed a bit, then went home.
I worked on the song, I worked on a new one, I went to bed.
I think I'm in love.
Highpoint of the day was seeing the movie.

I woke up at 1. I went to work at 2. Worked til 10:30. Drove Colin home. Went home, picked up money. Went to some guy's house (Ben was there) and gave Ben a full thing of Eclipse mints. Went home. Noticed Carolyn sleeping on the couch. Played loud music. Played guitar loud. No luck :( she still sleeps. Tired. Going to bed.
Highpoint? Err...probably pretending to be Headless Chris in the backroom at work. Actually, probably flirting with Salena, knowing damn well she's out of my league.

I woke up at like 10 today and went with my mom to Sam's Club to buy stuff for Wisconsin. We got some stuff. I saw Samar and Joe (from the Warehouse video) but I didn't talk to them.
I messed around with a site design, and then I went to work.
I worked with Mike today, and we had quite a task ahead of us. The place needed to look great, and the backroom needed to be organized. I started out organizing the back.
I got about half done when Mike informed me I was required on the floor, because he couldnt maintain everything by himself. I went out and worked on the front end, and got it pretty awesome looking (except for the front table of grapes). My manager came in a bit early (he was coming in to do the monthly SUPERIMPORTANTOMGOMGOMGOMGOMGLOLOLOLWTF inventory). He helped out a bit, and then went to do the inventory.
At around 9:30, the load came in. Not the load for Monday...The load for TUESDAY. the one for the 4th of July sale. It was about 4 pallets...which we had no room for. Jeff went crazy and was like "rawrawrawr gotta move stuff around" so we did and the pallets kinda fit in the cooler....
Jeff asked me to stay like 30 minutes late to finish up some stuff. I agreed, and he went home (because the load messed him up. He has to come in an hour or two early on Monday to finish the inventory...Lucky him). I stayed an extra 45 (Hey, what the hell? it's time and a half on sundays, and 50 cents more an hour because it's past 10) to clean the backroom floor and take out the garbage and all that enjoyable stuff.
I drove home at like 20mph max...my head hurt. What a good excuse. I got home, and sat listening to music for the rest of the night.
Hightpoint of the day: Throwing away over 200 bags of Peeled Baby Carrots because fucknauts employees left them on the shelf even though they expired days ago. And then throwing away all the green beans because nobody got rid of the old stuff when they added the new stuff. so there was some happy mold.

I brought up bagels for the class. and cream cheese. It was good, and everyone seemed to enjoy it. I think we took a test in class.
After school I went home after a stop at John's house and planned to go to Martha's. As I go to leave, Carolyn flips out about needing the car for work THANK YOU FOR TELLING ME WITH SO MUCH TIME TO PREPARE.
I made her drive me 4 blocks to Martha's house. I installed photoshop and dreamweaver whilst watching Secret Window...and then I left to go to work.
Work was work, I did work at work and after i was done working, I stopped working. I drove Colin home afterwards and went home. I learned to play Wheatus - Teenage Dirtbag, again (Man, it's easy). I went to bed.
Highpoint of the day: relearning Teenage Dirtbag...What a sad highpoint.

Went to work, noticed I was scheduled for Saturday (durr wtf) so I told my manager and he fixed it...I worked until 10:30 for some reason.
Highpoint of the day was finding out the cooler was broken at work, so I had to take down all the stuff I stacked up and repack it in boxes (poor bagged salads :X)

I brought in 8 pies to class today. Everyone enjoyed a slice or two. Clint got the first slice.
Matt drove John home and me to his house. We gave Matt's mom the remaining pies and told her what was happening. After much fuss she half-agreed and we went to the bank to cash in Matt's incredible amount of coins (for trip money!). We stopped by my mom's work to say goodbye, and we headed for John's. We packed up his stuff in the car, went to my house, and did the same.
We drove to Matt's and his mom went ape shit. Crazy. We were stalled for quite some time...
Got to Martha's at 4 and we left. I drove for about 2 hours.
Oh yeah, did I mention we were going to Martha's house in Door County, Wisconsin?
Well after I drove, we stopped at Culver's and had some awesome food.
Matt drove for about an hour and a half or so....We stopped for gas, then John drove for about 30 minutes.
We got there at 9ish. Matt John and I called home to say we arrived safely..
The tent was set up near the firepit in the backyard.
A huge tentcuddle occured for the next few hours.
Sleep, then.
Highpoint of the day: the massive silliness of a 4-5 hour drive

Ony friday, we were all up fairly early.
The guys went inside and we had some breakfast with Martha's mom, and then the girls woke up.
Everyone went to the store..we needed some batteries for our lattern and CD player..so we got those. Martha and Krissy got a Slip'n'Slide.
After that we went to the grocery store and bought food for the weekend. When we all got home, all the youngins decided to go to into town.
The lawnmower broke somehow, so we got new screws at Ace Hardware...John REALLY wanted to mow the lawn. We all walked around town for a bit.
Martha and Krissy decided to go home, so we dropped them off and went for fireworks. Matt, John, and I spent $90 or so..But we couldn't get everything...No flying fireworks for us :(
Mrs. Drouet set up the fire, and we had hotdogs and s'mores and other stuff over it. It was cool.
Mr. Drouet arrived at 10pm, and we set up Martha and Krissy's tent.
I believe there was a little quarrel between everyone this night...It was resolved.
We went to bed after hanging out and such.
Highpoint of the day: Getting free fireworks because the women at the counter felt bad that they couldnt sell us some of the stuff we wanted to buy because we werent 18.

Mini-Golf was cool. I won. I rule. At home we had some dinner, and set up a fire.

We woke up at about 10:30 I think. We went inside, had some breakfast, and (since it was still a bit rainy) decided to rent a movie. Matt, Martha, Krissy and I rented 2 movies: Killing Me Softly, and Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind.
We watched Killing Me Softly. Woww, that movie has a LOT of unneeded sex.
Most of us fell asleep watching it, I believe. The sleepers woke up around 1 or so, and the previous awake ones said they were gonna see a movie. Matt and I stayed to sleep. We slept til about 6pm...
They woke us up, and we hung out for a bit.
Later that night we watched Confessions Of A Dangerous Mind. VERY cool movie. Filmed really neat....Everyone fell asleep except me and Krissy.
We stayed up til about 4...Playing truth or dare and strip flip-the-coin.
Highpoint of the day were the night's games.

All of us were up fairly early. Our first move was to the kitchen to eat some breakfast. Our next was to cleaning. We took down the tent and packed up the car and collected trash for the next few hours.
We left for home at 1:25pm. There were various crazinesses for the next few hours with Matt driving. (almost swerving off the road, hah)
We stopped at another Culvers and had some delicious food at 3:46pm.
At 4:22 we left Culver's and I was in the driver's seat. We drove for 2 1/2 hours until we got home. We stopped by Martha's house to say bye and thank you, and then we dropped john off. Finally, it was my turn. At 6:58 I was home and I had my stuff unpacked.
I took a shower, answered my family's bothersome questions (I just wanted to be left alone :X ) and then went to bed after a nice peaceful night.
Over the course of the trip, we used over 3 tanks of gas, and added 553 miles onto Matt's car.
Highpoint of the day was sleeping in my own bed.

I slept pretty late today. It ruled. I sat on my ass in front of the computer playing AO (I got some phat lewtz) until about 7, when I decided to go out with Tim, Joe, and Matt.
We did. We got lost after shooting some fireworks off. Joe dropped Matt off once we got home, and we headed over to Kehoe's house for some reason. It was then that Joe's car broke down...we had to push it to his house.
Joe lives on the intersection of two busy streets. That was fun.
Tim and I walked home. A cop stopped us and asked where we were going...and then after we told him and he left, he pulled into a driveway near Tim's house to 'make sure' that's where we were going.
Poor Park Ridge cops, they have nothing better to do...
I stopped at John's on the way home and we shot off some bottle rockets.
I went home.
Highpoint of the day: shooting a bottle rocket and hitting john's neighbor's window, waking them all up. Holy crap.

I wound up working til 11:45 to help finish stuff up (the morning crew really fucked us over).
I got home and worked on Adam's computer. Uhohhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.
Highpoint of the day: Buying a huge box of Kool-Aid (probably 400 packages, atleast) for $3.00
Quote of the day: A sign Colin made for the Golden Pinapple reading "IT'S NOT PYRITE! Golden Pinapples"

When his sister was ready, I drove her over to Salena's..They're going to Florida. Actually, as I write this, they ARE in Florida. I hope their plane trip was all right, it was raining pretty hard when I drove her over there.
After that, John and I came over here and we watched some TV and such. John went home, and I went over to my Uncle's. I fixed his computer, all that crappy spyware.
I went home and called John back, but he didn't answer his phone. About 30 minutes later, I drove over there. He wasn't home.. turns out he forgot he had to work. I went Dan Russel hunting, but I couldn't find him. I found Foo, though. I stopped and talked about kicking some ass with him. I drove home and did some more computering.
Highpoint of the day...Hmmm.. Planning to destroy Dan Russel and Nick Tripoli...

As I did yesterday, I worked 2-10. Before that, though, I had some breakfast and I left for work.
I was so out of it at work. I didnt get back into my normal "mode" until about 7ish.
Colin and I discussed the prior night's party. It was cool.
We left at like 10:20. I drove Colin home, but decided not to stay to hang out with him and his friends because...mehh, I was tired and my mom didnt want me to going out on this night.
I went home, watched some new GI Joe videos and played some guitar.
Highpoint of the day: tilting a cart (containing 2 watermelons) on it's front two wheels and throwing a cardboard bag-holder at it to try to knock it over, and then getting frustrated and tipping it with a small Acorn squash.

I woke up around 1ish. I called Michelle (Sku's Michelle) because we planned to hang out (Poor Michelle, she misses Sku a lot. He's at computarweb camp). At around 4, I picked up Michelle and then we got Matt. We went mini-golfing.
Michelle won by default (she HAS to win. C'mon). After the game, we went to DiNico's pizza. She DEVOURED her pizza. For a girl who weighs like 2 pounds without an ounce of fat on her, she can EAT. Matt and I couldn't even finish...Note that DiNico's pizza is $3.50 for a drink and a slice 1/4 of a full large pizza. It's super awesome tasting.
It was about 6:30 at this point so I dropped everyone off and went home.
I waited for John to get home from work, which was about 8. John, Matt, Michelle and I then went for a free movie at The Pickwick (using some sweet passes I had from John...and John got it free 'cause he works there). We saw Dodgeball.
Matt said it was the best movie ever. I thought it was pretty good but not spectacular. Oh well.
It was around 11 at this point, so John dropped Shelly off at home. We drove around a bit, and then dropped Matt off (he had summer school).
John and I grabbed the movie "Suicide Kings" from his house and watched it at mine 'cause I had to be home at 12:30. It was a cool movie, but I didn't like how the ending was filmed. Good story, though. After it was over I walked John about half way home because we decided to race our firework cars. We lined em up, made a sparkler finished, and set em off. They spun in circles and smoked a LOT. We both went home.
John wrote more for his story about July 3rd. I worked on... something. Probably AO. Then I went to bed.
Highpoint of the day was hanging out with Shelly because she is awesome and (Sku, don't hit me, you know it's true) extremely gorgeous. And she rules at Mini-Golf with our altered rules.

Like many other days, I worked 2-10 today. Mike worked the same hours...Well, I wouldn't say "worked". Neither of us did much of that.
The entire day was goofing around. We filled up balloons with helium and tied them to things around the backroom. Then we put wooden Scours into a NERF football and tried to pop em. It worked sometimes.
Matt called Maryanne (the recruiter lady) and she said there weren't any openings. I talked with her and explained that 2 associates from the produce department were leaving for college soon. She realized that and then gave me a breakdown on how I could get Matt hired.
I hope it works out.
We did a kind of crappy close. Oh well.. What does Mike care? He's leaving in a month for school, anyway :/
After work I hung out with John and Matt. I showed Matt the GI Joe videos (and John the ones that he hadn't seen) and then we went fireworking. Shot off all the tanks in front of John's and a few other things.
Then we visited a certain tightpants wearing jackass' house and had a nice barrage of bottlerockets launchered directly at his windows, along with some firecrackers on his doorstep.
We booked.
We shot random rockets out the car window, and then I had the awesome idea to make Twisted Metal style launches in front of my car via the hood. It worked well, until John let one roll back into the car...into the backseat...where Matt had to stomp on it as it cracked. It burnt a nice hole in my carpet :X
THANKS JOHN YOU BIG JERK. Just kidding. shit happens.

I got to work late. 5:15...later, probably. I didn't clock in, so the people in the bookroom (who saw me working today) will think "Hey, he was working. His ID must not have worked correctly!" and I will be paid for that time I was absent.
We worked kinda hard getting everything set up (Table change day), but I was mainly in the back of the store with the bagged salads and the vegetables. I rarely do that, I think I've gotten better.
This was happening from 5:30-9:45 except for 20 minutes when I was part of one of the best breaks ever.
Mike and Tommy got Johnny's place. Othon (who, after finding out he has high blood pressure) and I (after much thinking on Saturday night) opted, in an order to eat healthier, got some bagged salads, some light dressing, and some low-sodium chicken. Needless to say, we had some AWESOME chicken ceasar salad.
We got mocked for it, but we had delicious, relatively healthy food.
At 10ish, Mike, Tommy and I finished up tags and signs and they went home. I stayed late to clean up the backroom. I had nothing better to do, so hey why the hell not?
I met this old woman who orderd some desert dish (special order). She was picking it up, I got it for her and she told me a lot about life.
In a period of about 20 minutes (Shit, I left the water running in the backroom. I set it up so it spilled to the floor so I wouldnt have to mop it!) she broached subjects such as idiots driving with cellphones turning from the wrong lanes, world politics, local education, and even a bit of the CEOs of America. She was very knowledgable. Turns out she's managed like 1231234 businesses in her lifetime. Some include a food manager person at a few schools and even a Jewel product manager. She was cool.
I saw her 10 minutes later as she returned to the bakeshop with the cake thing she ordered, noting that it said on the order sheet "OUT OF STRAWBERRY FILLING". Man, she was pissed. Understandably. She was shafted the first time and they didn't even make her strawberry thing. Now they're out of the stuff she specially ordered? Lame.
I left work at 11 or so (which was how late I was scheduled). I left the parking lot and found I was right behind the woman (Her name is Marilyn. MJS are her initials, I remembered from her paper signing). I beeped my horn and waved, she waved back and blasted her horn.
I went down Greenwood, and she pulled FAR to the right (but not enough for me to get next to her) and put on her left signal. When the light turned green, she turned left. What an awesome old lady.
I went home and worked on the days I ngelected to finish on Documented. I worked on my speech, as well.
I also had some more Chicken Ceasar Salad. Oh man, is that stuff good.
Highpoint of the day... Can't decide. Either the morning (see above) or the break. ..No offense, but the salad was reeeeeeeaaaaaaaalllllllllyyyyy good.

I woke up late, and it ruled.
I noticed a package by the stairs that my mom had opened, it was the RAM I ordered.
I went downstairs, installed everything into Adam's computer, and after MUCH trouble, started to format his 200gb sATA HDD.
I had some pizza for dinner, but not much.
I kept working on it after dinner, got the windows install going.
Uncle T picked me up and we headed for the tux shop.
We got there and the gorgeous girl who ordered my tux was there again. Oh hoh Yeah-hea! I tried on my tux and did the last minor fittings. and we left
I got home about 9, and I finished Adam's computer. I brought it on over at about 10~ and did the "final" installs.
Adam has some WEIRD ass networking system. It plugs into the wall (power socket) and that's IT. Kind of neat, but really messy to set up.
I wasn't exactly sure how and I didn't want to mess with the setup Adam's cousin's husband did. He's gonna do that on Saturday.
I have to go back on Monday to finish up some final things. I had to leave just before midnight.

I was up normal time and I did normal stuff.
I cleaned my desk off and cleaned the basement a bit, and then I went to work to get my check.
I cashed it, and took all the money and ordered varietypack3 (yeahhh) through mail order at the post office.
I saw Matt there, what the hell? We chatted for quite some time and we saw Shalzi (uhhspelling?). I headed back home.
I waited there for a bit..then my cousins arrived. We had some food and hung out the rest of the night.
Ryan broke up with his girlfriend because (after he was gone for a DAY) went on a date with another guy. It was cool, what a stupid skank.
He was on the phone from 11-1:30, and I was on the phone from 2-3. I went to bed.

I was woken up at like 11am by Ryan's mom saying they had to go. She told me to go back to sleep...I did.
I got up at 12:30~ and had some breakfast. At 1:45~ I put my tux on and I was ready to go.
My uncle picked me up and we headed for the hotel.
I met up with everyone there and we took pictures (well, the photographer did) for atleast an hour.
We all got ready for the reception.
I stood a lot.
My uncle and aunt got married.
We ate some food.
Then we had dinner, I gave my speech, and we had more food.
The "after-party" in teh tent was OK. Got some free stuff from the DJ..I got bored and called Mage.
After that, Ryan, Cameron, Carolyn and I walked around the hotel for a few hours doing random shit. Then Carolyn went to bed.
We womped Cameron a bit in the room and then went to bed.

I woke up past noon. Everyone was still half asleep, but we packed up and left the room.
We got home 1:30-2ish and just kinda hung out for awhile.
We watched some TV and played some music...I think.
We had dinner and UT and AC came over and they ate also. I went downstairs and almost shot myself because of all the noise Cameron and Kayley were making. I told them to STFU and I continued to fake sleep so nobody bothered me.
Dave called and wanted some beer so he asked for Colin's number. Colin wasn't home, and I doubt he would have gotten him beer.
I continued watching Hook.
I went upstairs to avoid headaches and to pick up my Zip Drive.
Nicol came over and dropped it off. I hung outside with Carolyn, Nicol, and Chrissy.
Ryan came out and he hung outside a bit. My neighbor gave me a scanner. Everyone went inside except me and Chrissy, we stayed outside and talked.
The topics we discussed were: -Downtown driving -Living with her brother -Dating friend's siblings/exs -Dating ex's best friends -Music
We stayed on music for a very long time and we went in her car to listen to some.
Cameron came out but seemed very bored so he went in. Chrissy went home, I went inside, and I talked with Ryan a bit.
We went on the computers. My sister brought her laptop downstairs and did the same.
Cameron kept reading my conversations with people. I kept typing "CAMERON STOP READING THIS" and stuff while talking to John.
Cameron reached over to flip the switches on my case...and as he did that, John sent a message correctly stating what I should have said. "DONT TOUCH THAT". What awesome timing.
The rest of the night was ridiculous. Ryan got back together with his crazy-bitch ex-girlfriend. WHAAAAAAAAAT.
We all went to bed.

Again, I got up late. I hung around my house all day because Glen was gonna come over at 6. At 6ish I gave him a call, but due to a fuckup in communication between us, he was not capable of meeting.
So soon after, I called John to go to the concert. He couldn't go out, so I went alone. Baumizzle saw me on the way and yelled to me something, but I wasn't sure it was him. He called and told me it was him, and that the show was cancelled.
I was driving down Greenwood, planning on doing a little camp shopping, when I passed Matt's house and decided to call him to see if he wanted to join me. He did. I got jars and some perlite. That's it. I dropped matt off at home and went to John's to give him the scanner.
I nabbed some CDs and the scanner at my house and went over there. I plugged in the scanner and stuff. Sanch IMed John about the Canada trip money. John went to ask his dad who he sent it to. He returned and told Sanch.
This part is sketchy. I think i asked John if he was sure that was the lady, because he went downstairs. I checked on teh intarweb to see if I got the right jars. I didn't :(. I also checked to see if perlite was acceptable as a substitute for vermiculite. It isn't :(
John didn't return for atleast 5 minutes. Maybe even 10. I went to double check the jars to make sure they were wrong.
I went downstairs and everyone was huddling. Hugging, actually, but a big group hug. I tried to get out what I was trying to say, but I just said "Just..getting...from car" and I RAN out the door, shoeless to the car. I checked. I was very wrong.
John came out with my sandels and stuttered "Akward moment time," to me. It was. I gave John my sympathy and asked him to pass it onto his family.*
He went inside and got my hat/wallet/etc. I went immediately to Matt's.
On the way there, I returned the jars and bought some Brown Rice Flour. I got more back from the jars than I paid. Sweet deal.
I called Matt and told him I was coming over. He said Ok.
I got there and told him what happened. We watched part of Bowling For Columbine and all of Blade II. We got some pizza, too. It was good.
Matt passed out so I left him a little note and cleaned upp a bit. I left a little ater midnight, locking the door and putting the key under the mat like I said I would in the note.
I went home, read some guides, and then went to bed.
Highpoint of the day: Getting BRF. Atleast I did -THAT- right.
*On Tuesday, July 20 at about 9pm, John's grandpa passed away while I was at his house. John wrote this poem:
I came and saw you mom says this is goodbye I take your frail hand in mine I look into your face I see you but is it I wish i had more time So fast so soon A kiss on your forehead farewell.
I know you can hear me grandpa I love you and I'll remember you always Its times like these I hope for a heaven I know you have found peace and are with grandma now.

Well I woke up and sat around for a bit.
Got thenightshade.com
At about 3ish I decided to go shopping for some camping equiptment.
I left at FIVE to do so.
I got to pesche's and nobody was there so I decided I had better leave for work so I wouldnt be late.
I got there 15 minutes early.
Work was meh. We got pizza that I didn't raelly want, but I chipped in and had some anyway.
I worked til 10:10 and then I booked. I went over to Matt's house..John was there
We watched Die Another Day. Matt fell asleep. John and I left around midnight. I beat him home by a minute 32. He came over.
We didn't do much.I showed him some stuff and we talked about weekend plans...He left around 2ish, I think.
I stayed up reading some more, and then I went to bed.

I got home a little after midnight.
My sister had friends over, so I wound up going upstairs for a bit. they left at 2. I did some mixing and hole-punching.
I did some more reading and went to bed.

Colin called in sick...Chris stayed late (until 7...but he was off the sales floor at 6, had to do inventory). I worked alone from 6-10. Actually, saying "worked" is kinda giving myself too much credit. I didn't do jack shit the entire night.
I booked at 9:53 (woohoo, got paid for those 7 minutes anyway). John, Jen and I went to see The Bourne Supremecy. It ruled.
After that, John came over for a bit. He stayed pretty late, but then went home.

Hey, no work today.
John, Michael, Michael's friend (Tim), Mrs. Andreoni, and I went downtown.
We checked out the new Millenium Park and all the different things they set up in the area. Pretty cool. I can't wait until I live up there.
We saw a guy playing drums, singing "Iiiiiiiiiiiiice Cream!" over and over again while playing. It ruled.
We went out for lunch/dinner, and then we went on the ferris wheel at Navy Pier. I had never been on it, it was kinda cool seeing the whole city.
After that we went home and I took a ginormous dump.
Matt called me, and I called John, and I called Matt, and then somehow we wound up at Jen Mischke's house. We were gonna go bowling...but the bowling alley had an hour wait. So we went to Amanda's. Man.
Howard is the biggest cockblock and it's annoying. It's like he lives to piss Matt off. I don't know if I like him very much.
We watched Dane Cook live and it was pretty funny.
I was pretty tired and bored, so John and I walked home. The whole night would have been more fun if Howard's stoner-ass friends hadn't shown up.
I wrote a song and then went to bed.

I had such a great morning. Got up late, hung around.
The jar progress was great.
My mom and sister left at 4, and I played my music nice and loud.
I went to work...7-11, what the hell? Go figure.
Me, Othon, Collin. Great close. Woooowww.
I went home because I didn't want to go out.
I ripped a bunch of mix CDs I had made...to get back the music lost after my HDD crash. I got back around 50-70 songs that I decided I wanted to keep.
Around 2, Austin was like "Whoa, wanna check out the new CD?" and I was like "Whoa, yeah." So I headed to his house and I picked up a copy. I listened to it the rest of the night
Tregos - Eclection = Favorite CD.
I decided not to go to bed. I made a pizza at 5am, and stayed up and ate. I accidentally fell asleep at 9am.

from 9am-2pm I was sleeping.
I woke up and played some FFX.
John and Matt were apparently playing Axis and Allies all day. So I lounged around.
I talked to em and they said they'd give me a call when they were done.
I played FFX until 7ish, and then Baumel messaged me and told me they were gonna play some poker at Rick's probably. I said I was in.
I took a shower, went to work, got my check, cashed it, and got like 15 singles. I got in my car (it was around 8 at this point) and gave Joe a call to see what was up. Poker was cancelled (Damnit!), and everyone was going to Nick's. I did just that.
STILL waiting for Matt to call, I stayed until 10:30ish. Nick didn't want me to leave, but I wasn't really fitting in there, so I booked.
I drove to John's and saw Matt's car wasn't there, so I was like WTF. I sat in my car and listened to the awesome Tregos CD for a bit, and after a few calls to Matt's cell I just went home.
I was home for about 30 minutes or so and Matt called. They were swimming with Jenny and Amanda. They booked, and I went over there to watch ...half of...Jackie Brown. John and I left around 1.
John came over and we listened to the awesome Tregos CD
I think he left around 3..maybe sooner.

Sku left for Canada today.
I had the same boring day as usual. The only plus of the day was talking to Iris, whee. Y Iris. I got up and the standard time, and I hung around my house playing FFX until 7ish when I was expecting Matt or John to call so we could head to Erin's for her birthday party. Matt called, finally, and he told me to go over to Joe's.
I did. And when I got there, I was told to go home and get my swimsuit, then come back. I did -_-
We were swimming for no more than an hour..probably half that..and everyone went over to Erin's (Erin was with us).
Everyone was getting pissass drunk. Matt and I took shots of Orange Juice. We drank most/all of it so nobody could make their mixed drinks, whoops.
There were many drunken antics. I made peace with Andy before he got totally retarded.
I played some pool. Apparently Martha was there but I didn't know. Erin got especially flirty during her tispiness. Then, she tried to pour some alcoholic beverage in my mouth..and missed...and it spilled down my face onto my shirt. She apologized, and then humped me.
Andy passed out a few times...Erin and I went upstairs to make some pizza...BUT, she forgot the pizza downstairs.
Five minutes later, we got upstairs with the pizza. And the cake.
Matt, Erin, and I were sitting in the kitchen. Matt was standing by the fridge. Erin got up to put the cake in the freezer, but as she said "watch out watch out watch out!" she walked into Matt...cake first...spilling it down his leg and onto the flouur. Frosting side down. Big mess...Matt and I were pretty much the only sober ones so we cleaned it up.
Erin's dad was awake, and he came down and looked at us like o_o. We told him what had happened...About how Erin ...slipped.... and hit Matt with the cake. He was laughing at how stupid the whole thing was.
When he went to go into another room, he found Andy on the ground, half-passed out, rolling on the ground going "Urrr!"...With Tim holding him by his feet, trying to pull him out. Prescription meds + Alcohol = Andy passed out.
He started freaking out. Matt and I cleaned up the cake, and Tim came in with Jenny (P) and half-helped us, half-asked us what was going on. Tim saved Erin (avoiding the fact that Andy had been drinking) by saying that Andy took excess medication this morning for his depression and bi-polar.
Erin and her dad screamed back and forth for quite some time. The time now was about 12:30. We went downstairs because she asked us to.
We informed everyone what was going on...Matt drove Andy home.
Erin wouldn't let anyone upstairs because she was still fighting with her Dad.
Tim was like "Hey..we REALLY need to go home" and she let us pass.
I drove Tim home..and John came over. Right on time, 1am, woo.
Told my Mom I was home, showed John a bit of FFX (He asked me to...go figure), boasted my PFJars, and then he left after we jammed a bit. Somehow, despite John's lack of experience, he did pretty well on bass. I'd really like John to play bass, 'cause he stopped playing drums which was very dissapointing to me.
John booked. I went home. I wrote a few entries, and then I went to bed.

I drove Colin home and played him some Tregos. He liked it, minus the screaming.
I had the intent of hanging out with Matt and John, but Matt wasn't answering his phone. I was kinda pissed.
I talked with Austin about camping a bit. We're gonna camp sometime.
He sent me some short stories he wrote, and also sent me GUTS (by the guy who wrote Fight Club).
I read 'em, I went to bed.
Highpoint of the day: Realizing that I'm pretty tolerant of sick things, after reading Guts.

Today I had work again.
John and Matt stopped by to say bye. Andy showed up. Weird...
Then Erin showed up, but Matt called her because she left some stuff in his car.
I bid them all farewell. Matt and John, along with everyone else who was going, left for the 10 day Canada trip. I continued working until 10.

I learned The Verve Pipe - The Freshman on guitar. I did some other crap, but that doesn't matter.
Highpoint of the day: I guess learning The Freshman. Good song..

After an intense day of FFX, I went shopping. Got the rest of the stuff.
Around 8:30 I went over to Michelle's work and waited around for her to be done. While I waited, I called around to find out what we should do.
Baumel said they were at The Salloon and he'd call me after they left to go to McP's.
Michelle got out of work at 9~, I met her Mom (who was very nice), and then we headed over to McP's to wait for Joe to call. In an alley we found a sweet 2-foot-tall basketball hoop and on the side of the road we found some weird ball toy.
We saw them park by McP's house...So we parked, and played basketball...waiting for them to call.
He didn't call, so we called him. He said he'd call us back.
A cop drove by and asked us what we were doing. He mistook me for a "Mr. Shighdja" or something. Some capital of a foreign country, I think it was. We told him what was up, he left.
Joe called us back. Said McP didn't want any more people over at his house. Great. We called some people but nobody was answering. So we went over to Kat (Adam's) house. They were out on the Golf Course, we joined them.
I don't think our presence was totally welcomed.
Somehow, on the driver over there, though, Michelle discovered the ball lit up if you messed with it. We played catch, it was pretty fun. I drover her home, and I went home myself. I think I played FFX and checked the jar progress (going good!). Then, I went to bed.
Highpoint of the day: Probably just being with Michelle. She's awesome/gorgeous, Sku's a lucky guy.

I helped Kak get something in AO...or almost did. I had to go eat dinner. Dave came and kinda replaced me.
During dinner, we spoke of the vacation (Which I really don't wanna go on, but I kinda have to).
Everything was dandy until the end of dinner. Apparently, earlier that day Carolyn had read my profile, and was displeased with a quote I had in it.
The quote was Girls are not hard to bang. They want it just as much as guys do. And when they tell you they don't, they're full of shit. But they're not as strong as men, anyways, so it's not like it matters.
Because of her disliking, she copied it down and showed my Mom. How fucking lame.
My mom told my Dad, and both of them had a fuckin bitchflip about it.
They made me remove it. But instead of removing it, I replaced it with.. "If you have a problem with what you read in my profile (*cough*Carolyn), stop fucking reading it. And if you feel the need to make a scene about it, initiate it with ME, not my parents, you fuckin' whiner. Grow up and fight your battles on your own. Oh, maybe I shouldn't write this, you might complain to Mom again! I'll laugh if you do."
I took a shower and left to go see a movie with Michelle.
We saw The Manchurian Candidate. It was pretty cool. I'm gonna see the original version eventually. After that (it was 2 1/2 hours), we went over to Austin's and hung out for a bit. We watched some of Blaine's video that he's making (Ran-doM) I think it's called. It was pouring rain outside.
We left a bit early because of it. Wound up being like 5 minutes late because a street was flooded and there was cops blocking it off. Oh well.
I got home and saw my sister had messaged me. Apparently, because it was SO IMPORTANT, she checked my profile to see if the quote got removed, and noted my new message that I left.
Her message: "fuck you...what you had written in your profile was saying that raping a girl is ok and if you know anyone that has been raped you'd know how horrible it is and the fact that you seem to agree with a guy forcing sex on a girl really says something about the person that you are". How bothersome.
I replied (to her away message) with:
Seppuko I: i had NOTHING to do with what it said Seppuko I : it's that you go to MOM when you have a problem Seppuko I: God forbid you go to the source of the problem (being ME), you have to go to my superior to bring up an issue. Seppuko I: And just for reference, it was a joke. I think blonde jokes can be funny, but does that mean I hate them?
She did not reply.
Another interesting confrontation of the day was between me, and the guy (Chris) who has been posting shit on the Ran-coR site about them going to hell. His band's message board got ripped apart by Ran-coR fans. He returned to the site, despite that I told him to fuck off and never come back, so I left him a long message on his guestbook. It was very nice, but it was chosen out of the bunch to be deleted. How stupid.
He went on AIM and I talked to him. He tried to convert Gratys to christianity. We talked about religion and how he didn't know jack shit about it. I went to bed.
Highpoint of the day: Hanging out with Shelly.

I woke up at 11:30~ because Austin and I were gonna do some filming.
I went downstairs and sat on the couch waiting for him to call, and I wound up falling asleep
until 5:30.
I went to work at 6 (guh) and on the way I called Austin apologizing. He said it was cool, but I still felt bad.
I worked 6-11 today, but from 6-8 I was in the back cleaning shit and doing a bunch of other non-strenuous activities, like organizing the backroom so it didnt look like shit. I didn't mind, it kept me from doing REAL work.
At 8ish I came out and put some canteloupe out, and then I went and did the same thing.
We wound up working til 11:08 (aww). Driving Colin home, we had a nice talk about friendship. I planned on writing down a chart of where all my friends from grammar school wound up. What crowds they hang out with now, and how much they've changed...Just to see. Kinda weird to think about how your friends from grammar school have changed.
Look at Matt Kane, we used to be near best buds in like 4th and 5th grade. Now I'm here, and he's a preppy asshole (from what I've heard, I can't verify that). Oh well.
I came home, updated Documented, and then went to bed.
Highpoint of the day was the verbal raping of Mike using the "Dude" technique. example:
Mike: I surrender, damn! Colin: Dude don't show me your spooge rag. I don't care if you're gonna wipe off your boyfriend's face after you bust on him. GAY.

THis morning was the same as any other. I got up past noon and went on the computer.
At around 5ish, I called Sean to see if we were still gonna use his free tickets to go see Collateral. He said he couldn't go out that night.
I went and ate some dinner, and told my mom I wasn't going out. Rick told me he was gonna do a poker night and asked me if I'd like to join him. I said definitely. I went riding with my dad on his motorcycle for about an hour and got back around 8. I went over to the Anderson residence.
After 2 1/2 hours of poker, Rick won the pot and I was out 5 bucks. It was fun while it lasted. He was grounded, so he counldn't go out, but the rest of us departed.
I grabbed some McD's and everyone went over to Austin's. I shared my amazing dish with Austin, Foo, and Joe. We watched Da Ali G show, which is so awesomely funny. Everyone went home before 12 but I stayed to talk with Austin about stuff.
We talked about philosophy and camping and about tons of different experiences. We made plans to go camping some time. John, Joe, Austin, Me? Maybe.
I left a little after one. Austin, the next day, was leaving for a trip to Canada.
I went home, checked some jar progress.
I went to bed.
Highpoint of the day was playing Texas Hold 'Em. Even though I lost, I made some awesome comebacks.

Sku came back from Canada today. He didn't call Shelly when he got home, though. Instead he went to the racetrack with Foo and some other people, she was kinda upset. She asked me if I wanted to get something to eat. I said sure, so I picked her up and we went to DiNico's for like an hour. We talked for awhile, and then went to Home Depot for some reason. After text messaging Sku, he finally called Michelle and told her to go to his house at 8 I picked up my check at work and marked off my vacation on the calender. We went to see if Gratis was working and to say hi to Mike.
Mike came out the backroom, and half way through saying "STEVORENO!!" his eyes glanced at Michelle and his attention was quickly diverted. We bid him farewell, but as we left he called me on the intercom. I answered and he said..quite loud.."What a FOX!"
Shelly didn't believe me. Oh well.
I dropped her off and I went to Erin's. But instead, she picked me up with 4 people in the car. She drove crazy, like she usually does.
Today's destination was Cigarette King or something. Chris went in and came out with like 3010312 things of alcohol. Hooray.
I drove home for some reason. We got there fine.
So we hung out in her basement and kitchen for awhile. Michelle (G) was sleeping, but she woke up.
People started coming over. Some of them were retarded. Like the Amanda girl who was a generic Park Ridge Polish Drunk Smoking Slut.
There was a lot of drinking for everyone but me, but I didn't mind. I can make fun of drunks all I want to. And if they get pissed off, they sure as hell can't act on it when I can outsmart them. Silly drunks.
Julie openly admitted to sexing up Joe whenever he wants, heh.
Gratis showed up at midnightish. Weird. I had to leave at like 1ish, but not after a great conversation about Pitchin' Tents with Lou.
Some other stuff happening, some clicking, and various other things.
I went home, went online for a bit, checked jar progress, and went to bed.
The highpoint of the day was, undoubtably, the placing of various stickers on Erin's breasts. And across the rest of her body, but the breasts were the key points

Another fun filled day.
Work 2-10. Erin came and gave me my hat. She was with Amanda, the good one. SHe asked if I wanted to hang out after work, I said OK
I actually only worked til 9:30. I drove Colin home and then called Erin. She didn't answer. I called Tim back (he had called) and told him they weren't answering the phone..He said to call him if anything happened. I agreed.
At about 10:05 I decided to go home. Tim messaged me at about 11:30 and asked me if I wanted to go see Collateral. I wanted to go, but I had to be back before 1. So I told him I couldn't.
Erin messaged me and explained that her phone was off or something, but I didn't mind. We talked for awhile. She went to bed. I went to bed a few hours later.
Highpoint of the day: Erin coming in to give me my hat.

For some strange reason, I was scheduled 10am-2pm today. Go figure.
I woke up at 9 and got to work a few minutes before 10. I guess it was noticable that I was extremely tired, I wasn't doing as well as I normally do, Tommy told me (in a polite, non-insulting manner).
On break I drank 3 cups of coffee. I was wired.
I worked better after that, I like to think. Nothign exciting happened, though.
I saw my Aunt Chris though. She was confused on why I was working at 12:30 on Sunday. I explained to her.
At 2, Colin came in (2-10 was his shift), so I said 'ey to him, and then went home.
I had big plans for this day.
As soon as I got home, I logged onto AO and went to Dalja garden.
184 eng LFT.
I found no team, so I made one.
After 7-8 hours of team breakups and reformations, I was 3 levels ahead (which is kinda shitty for 7 hours, but still)
I logged off and went on IRC.
Before I started talking too much, I made some Macoroni and Cheese. It was delicious
I got banned from the main IRC channel for no reason, but it didnt bother me. I could still see what everyone was typing, I just couldn't respond.
I saw "glowing" join the chat. Made a comment about "By Starlight", a Smashing Pumpkins song, being awesome. I PMed glowing and agreed.
We talked for quite some time. Turns out Glowing is glowing_eleven on the boards...who rules. She's almost 22, and she lives in LAKE FOREST. My sister goes to college there. Waaoww. I'll meet her some day. She's very pretty.
Julie (C) was talking to me for such a long time, asking me akward questions and putting me in weird situations. I was bothered by the conversation until it stopped being akward.
I went to bed at like 5.
Highpoint of the day was talking to Glowing.

Ahh, lazy mornings. Why not? I'm work 6-10.
Wakin' up late, doin' nothing. Then I go to work.
Colin was also working 6-10. nothing special happened.
After work, we went over to his house. He showed me this AWESOME song he made called "I Hate You" (I think that's what it's called). He also showed me some of the stuff he's working on using a self help tape. Creepy.
I showed him some guitar ideas I had for the video I'm making. He dug 'em. I told him no rush with the music for the vid.
I went home, worked on some stuff, went to bed.
Highpoint of the day: Hearing that awesome song Colin made. I could listen to it for hours.

I got up early and terrorized the BrokenImage guestbook, because the guitarist came back to the site and started preaching religion.
Colin's friend was in a car accident (He works for a car dealership, and the test driver drove the passenger side into a tree after being clipped from behind.) so I took over his shift 6-10. I closed with Othon
And what an awesome close it was. Damn, We got EVERYTHING done. Which was awesome, the next day the district Manager came in at 7am and saw how awesome the place looked.
We left at like 9:58. we were kickin', so I we went home.
I found out that Dan Russel got his ass beat by a freshman. There are more asskickings where that came from, I'm sure.
Highpoint of the day was fighting out that Dan go his ass kicked.

Everyone got home from the canoe trip today really early.
Luckily I was online at 5am, so I talked to Matt and Martha.
I slept late after that, but it didn't matter. I had work at 6, anyway.
Today was table change day so I worked moderately hard. I was due in for a good break. Dave C and I planned on going on break with some corndogs.
But noooo, no corndogs. I got some mozzarella sticks and Dave got some Mini-Tacos. After some self checkout problems, we were on our way (paying FULL PRICE because we couldn;t use our employee discount cards, goddamnit). We got down there and nuked the stuff. The Mini-Tacos were pretty good, but the sticks were still frozen. I nuked em some more.
A minute later, I took them out of the microwave to find that the package was deformed. The sticks tasted like crap, too. Half way through the thing of Mini-Tacos, they were frozen in the middle. We nuked those some more, completely deforming THAT package, too. Some tacos were stuck to the bottom, too.
It was so hot, we had to put it in the freezer. But the case fell out and upside down on the ground. Great. We're in Mexico. Dirty, crappy tacos.
Atleast the Sunkist was good...But Sunkist is always good.
I closed with Colin til 11.
After work, John and I went to Jen's house. We were gonna go swimming, but we didn't for some reason. It was still fun. We hung out in the basement with Jen and Howard (who was pretty cool today, for some reason).
We left and John came over for awhile. We talked about stuff he missed and about the jars. He was happy with the progress.
I stayed up and didn't do much. Then I went to bed.
Highpoint of the day was everyone's return to America.

Same lazy morning as always. I do believe I made a new falcon11 layout. Maybe I'll use it, eventually.
I worked 4-10 with Othon. We got everything done.
We had the best break ever.
People involved: Me Othon Gratis Dave C. Kwaps (however you spell his polish last name...Matt)
Food involved: 6+ pizzas 2 packages of Bagel Dogs 3 bags of salad 1 thing of Ranch dressing 5 packages of salad-chicken 1 jug of orange juice. 5 Taffy Apples
Needless to say, we scarfed down this awesome food. Leaving 1 package of salad-chicken, 1/8 bottle of Ranch dressing, 1 1/2 pizzas, and 2 Taffy Apples
It was so awesome, it lasted nearly 45 minutes.
Othon and I got back to work. But there wasn't much to do.
We had another good close, and we left just past 9:30.
I headed over to Matt's house, because he wanted to go see a movie with a bunch of people (myself included). But apparently they left way early to pick me up, so they wound up in the Jewel parking lot while I was at his house.
Jen told me to meet them uptown, so I headed there. But I called Matt to ask where tf they were, and he said they were going to the theater. I started going, again.
About 15 or 20 minutes later, stopped by 2 freight trains and a forced-merge from 3 lanes to 1 lane (traffic accident, yay!), I was nowhere near the theater. Matt called and I said I was turning around to go home.
I was kinda pissed about the whole thing.
Matt didn't call like he said he would. There goes seeing Matt. I went home, marked jar progress, worked on some various projects, and then went to bed.
Highpoint of the day: That amazing break. Daaaammmmnnn

Friday the 13th, ohhhh noooo.
I called John a few times from 3-6 with no answer.
I also called Matt, but he was at his Jewel orientation...Whoaa, working with Matt. What a weird thought.
Sku left today for the DOS road trip. I was talking with Shelly and we decided to go to the PickWick Resturant. She fell asleep so she didn't even know I left to get her.
On the way, I called Matt (it was 6:30~) and I wound up just picking him up. We went over to Michelle's. I called her, just to discover she was sleeping. She got up and came outside looking as if she was on an excess of dramamine.
We went over to the resturant. Mmmm food. Expensive food.
The cheapest thing on the menu (I think) was 5.95 for some mozzarella sticks. I partially got them to make up for the shitty ones I got on Wednesday.
It worked, they were good. John called and I told him to come over there. But his dad was picking up pizza, so he just stayed home. Tim asked if we planned on doing anything that night. I said I'd call him if anything happened.
We went to Washington park and hung out there. I hurt my foot pretty bad jumping off the swing repeatedly. I don't know HOW I hurt it, because it hurts in a pretty weird place. Maybe there was something under my sandal strap that bruised the bone on top? Go figure.
John called, we went over there. We looked at his pictures from the trip and tried to think of something to do. For some reason, I agreed to get in the car and just drive. I hate that shit. Wasting my gas to provide amusement that isn't that amusing.
I remembered Shelly wanted to go to Rolling Stones earlier, so we went there.
I found NOTHING. No Mogwai, no Broken Social Scene, no The Books, no RjD2, no Unicorns, no Trigun, no Lain, no nothing. Shelly only found 1 CD. She went to get 3, but they only have NEW stuff it seems.
I discovered that when they only had the new Modest Mouse cd and not any old ones. Kinda sucked.
Matt got the Mars Volta CD and Michelle got the KillSwitchEngage CD. John and I got nothing.
We left, and headed towards the bowling alley (where apparently a bunch of people were going). Matt called them up to make sure we were going the right way. Well, we weren't. Because they decided to go bowling later, and they were at Lou's party.
We headed over there, expecting to go bowling later. I tried calling Tim but he did not answer his phone.
It was kinda a lame party. like 10 people standing there drinking various alcoholic beverages. We were informed nobody was going bowling.
We left at 11:20 because it was crappy. Shelly had to go home at 11:30 so we dropped her off and said goodbye.
Since all I had to eat the entire day was 5 mozzarella sticks, we went to McD's. I got my usual McChicken and medium fries, and John got a chocolate shake. I could have gotten TWO McChickens and it wound have been less money than John's shake. Psshhh.
Matt was super tired so we dropped him off.
John and I rented Once Upon A Time In Mexico. We came back to my house, made some popcorn, watched Decisive Battles (a show on the History channel that uses the Half-Life rendering engine to recreate important battles in history) - it's cool. Then we watched the movie.
That was cool, too.
John went home, and I tried to find a tutorial on some basic spanish guitar (STFU the movie inspired me) but I couldn't find any. Actually, I didn't try very hard.
I played guitar some more and then went to bed.
Highpoint of the day: This is a tough one...because most of the night sucked...Actually. I saw Matt for the first time in two weeks, and I only briefly hung out with John prior to that, so that was the highpoint.

Today was one crazy day. I got up and waited for John to call.
He called. I told him to pick me up in 30 minutes. I showered and waited for like 5 minutes and he came and got me. We went over to his house.
I fixed his computer a lot. His wallpaper was b0rked, so I fixed it. I installed some programs (Nero, photoshop, deadaim, his scanner, his printer) and then we watched some funnies (videos). I was kinda hungry, but I don't think we went to get anything to eat.
Anyway, we went to Jen's house. Only Howard was there.
We hung out in the basement for a bit watching the Olympics. Amanda and Jenni came over.
We decided it was hottub time. So, it was.
I think it was like 7 at this point. We hottubbed it up for quite some time. Took a few jumps into the freezing cold pool. It was cool (NO PUN INTENDED! HA HA!)
Erin, Jenny (P), and Matt came over later. Matt and Erin got in the hot tub.
Jen's sister was having a party with her stupid friends. They were drinking a lot and smoking by the hottub, which was annoying.
They all migrated downstairs.
I was in the pool until probably 11:30. DAMN was I pruney. For the last hour or two, I was alone with Erin. We talked a lot. I don't think it's going anywhere. Oh well!
We got out and talked with everyone. Jen's parents came home, and didn't even bust her sister. How lame.
Matt got me some old "special" CDs from the car. I burned it for John and John let Matt borrow it.
John and I left, he came over for a bit. Then he left.
Nick and Jo Falcinelli got into a car accident tonight. Apparently, Jo was asleep...and Nick swerved to avoid something, and the car flipped. Weird.
Austin told me about it. He got back from Canada today.
He was kinda freaked out. He was also sick of sitting down, so he came over to my house.
We played some guitar. I showed him the first pins to grow on cake 10.
We listened to music. He left around 5am..I burned him some CDs for the road.
I went to bed shortly after...
Highpoint of the day: Damn, so many...But I think hanging out and talking with Austin about music theory was the tops.
Quote of the day: Amanda: And Amanda said "let there be light"! And there was. And everything was like, really all right!

This is the first time I'm writing this the day of.
I'm leaving at 7am to go on a cruise...Tampa - > Cozumel -> Grand Caymen -> Tampa...I think.
Anyway, TODAY!
Today I woke up at 1pm. Glen and Austin came over. Austin was kinda bored, 'cause I just worked on Glen's site the whole time.
They went home, I went to Target with Carolyn. I bought an mp3 CD player...too bad it didn't work. Too bad I found out after I got home.
I ate some rice for dinner, returned the CD player (got a new one), went to Kehoe's to say Hi, and then Bye (he was having a BBQ).
I stopped by Anne's. Nicole was there, we watched like 1/4 of a movie. I booked. I went to Jewel and hung out a bit with Salena, waiting for Colin and Othon to leave.
Mike showed up, we headed to Super Dawg. We were there for a good hour, atleast. We talked about everything. Mike was leaving in a few days to go to college...
So was Othon, but he was returning every other week to work the weekends...keep his time and a half.
I drove Salena home and went over to Colin's. Me, Othon, and Colin hung out til about 1. Talkin some more about life and college.
I came home, added SIX jars to the PMP (!!) and cleaned up. Talked to Katie online, that was nice.
Did some more various things.
Now, I'm writing this. And when I'm done, I'm going upstairs to get some stuff ready for the trip. Then I'm going to sleep for .. 2 or 3 hours.
See you readers (no one, hah) in a week.
I have 1 day after I return until school starts. Whee.
Highpoint of the day: Pretty much from 10:30 on was really awesome.

I woke up at 4:45. Carolyn was in teh shower, my mom was downstairs, and my dad was in my room (waking me up). I finished some last minute packing, said goodbye to my guitars, and went upstairs to wait.
We left at 5:30ish. We got the airport soon after. Monday morning is a busy time in O'Hare. I got beeped in the metal detector. What the hell. My watch set it off. My dad passed through fine with his belt and watch.
We got on the plane at 6:30ish. The plane left the ground at 7:21:45. It was expected to be a 2 hour and 12 minute flight. It sucks because I'm gonna be in Tampa, but I'm not there to see kak. Boooo.
My seat was in the middle. My sister was on my left and some guy to my right. He has an iPod and I can hear his music.
The first song that came on my random playlist was Colin's song "In Any Shape". Sweet. Mp3 CD, so handy.
And then track 44...Smashing Pumpkins - By Starlight. What a great song. Reminds me of Eleven.
These entries are gonna be so damn long. Oh well..come to come in a few hours...
----
My CD Player stopped working midflight. Yay. We landed at 9:24:15 Central Time...We were 8.5 minutes early!
Waiting to board the ship, I saw a lot of schmucks. One kid, no more than 15 years old, was wearing a shirt that said "Need Money For Alcohol Research". What a dumbass. It implies that he needs money to purchase alcohol in which he intends to consume. But if he really planned on researching it, the (obvious and well documented) effects of alcohol would not really need to be retesting. In the case that it DID, it would be such a low percentage of the research budget..he'd wind up with a few cents per $100 he earned. What a moron.
Schmucks can often be identified by a few key characteristics. Though not all schmucks fit this description, and not all people fitting it are schmucks, it is pretty accurate... -Glassy eyes -Smug grin -Stupid shirt -Random placed acne (under eyes often times...cokehead) -Hat turned any direction other than forward -Dew rag -Eyebrows that peak slowly and come down drastically, leaving you confused (probably also leaving them confused) as to wether they are angry or sad. -A stupid tatoo
Enough of that. We got on the ship and went to our rooms and did a quick look-around of the ship. At 2:15 I took a nap. I woke up around 3:40 for the lifejacket presentation. I went back to my parent's room and tried to nap.
Unsuccessful in sleeping, I decided to take a shower. Then I sat on the bed and watched the end of some movie. My mom came in and a few later, I decided to go listen to some music.
But my CD Player was still b0rked....gah. Some other stuff happened but it doesn't matter (read: I forgot). Carolyn and I went in one of the 4 (I think thre might be 6-8 total, actually) hot tubs for a bit. Then we walked around to get used t othe ship.
At 8, we went to dinner. I had some wild mushroom soup, a salad, and some fish. I've always hated fish, but it was all right.
We walked around some more and I took some pictures. My parents went to bed at 9.
Carolyn and I went back to our room at 10ish. We started watching a crappy kid's movie (Catch That Kid!, maybe?). Carolyn fell asleep. I wanted to sit on the window ledge, but her bed was in the way. Damnit.
I went to bed soon after.
Highpoint of the day...Probably dinner. that was pretty good.

I woke up at 9:30. Caroly was already up. I pu ton my swimsuit and we went to find our parents. When we did, we went to go get some breakfast. I had bacon, scrambled eggs, chocolate milk, french toast, and some yogurt. Mmmm bacon. Carolyn and my Mom went to tan or something. I laid down for a bit then decided to go join my dad in one of the (3-4 total?) pools. Some kids came in, so I moved to a nearby hot tub. The worst part about the hot tub is that the bubbles come from the bottom of the seats. So my shorts get all bubbly and air-filled. Boooo.
I got something to drink, walked around with my mom and sister, and then decided to go to my room.
I watched the end of a dumb movie and then wrote this...
----
My dad came to my room and we went to go try some pizza. It was damn good. We looked around to find the others, but couldn't. They were back in their rooms.
I laid outside a bit after we ate some food. Then I went in and watched Cheaper By The Dozen...wow, exciting. Dinner in 2 hours. Damn, I'm hungry.
I laid in the windowsill and read "Teddy", a short story from Nine Stories, a book by JD Salinger. Colin suggested I read it. It takes place on a cruise ship...I can't say I regret reading it, either. It was pretty good.
At 7:30 I got dressed up and we all went to the bar. I had a crappy coke that tasted like 99% water. Yum I talked with my dad about peyote, liquor - more specifically ABSINTHE. Then we went to dinner.
I had some minestrone, a caesar salad, and some lobster tail. I followed that up with some Cherry + Brandy + Icecream dessert thing.
We wandered a bit and went to bed around 10. I watched some of the olympics, but got bored during the swimming and flipped off the TV. Goodnight.
Highpoint...Reading that short story "Teddy".

I've never really been homesick before. Not anything more tahn "I wish I could teleport home real quick".
I woke up at 3:20 after a series of dreams happening in the same place I had wanted to be -- My basement.
In the first part, we packed up all our stuff at the train station and started to drive to the airport. Suddenly, we were home and I was unpacking. The doorbell range at 9:37pm outside Wallgreens (on Higgens/Canfeild). It was John, he came downstairs and he helped me clean up. I found something that I had lost (but never thought about up until now) - I used to have these little plasting balls that had a magnet inside. I wonder what REALLY happened to them? Weird.
I asked him how things were in my absense, and he said it had sucked. I kind of wish that was true, but it probably isn't.
John went into the bathroom through the door behind my computer (...wtf) and I decided to check out my campers. All 2 boxes of them (wow!). One box was still colonizing, One was pinning like MAD...and one had hundreds of pen size campers. I couldn't wait to show John. My mom came down and I yelled about her throwing away my receipt for my broken CD player. She said it was my responsibility...meh. We never fight in real life. Then we talked about hanging my TV from the ceiling. Wow!
I'm gonna clean my desk when I get home (I'm a liar, I know). But now, I'm gonna try to get some sleep.
'Night
---
4:02 now. I can't sleep. I got myself some coffee and headed to the main deck.
I thought about some things in the past 20 minutes that I decided to write down.
One..I wrote down too much when I'm given the time.
Two..I wish I could teleport home right now.
Three..Which is the most important thought... I don't know what I'd do if I lost Matt and John (for whatever reason). In the imaginary idea that everyone has "friend points" to pass around (example...if someone has 100 friend points, and 90 friends...the 5 best friends would get 2 points, and everyone else just 1), I'd say that John and Matt hold about 90% of my friend points..and I don't care to redistribute that any other way.
One final thing...That coffee was DAMN good. I'm gona get some more and get reading on Playing The Moldovans At Tennis.
----
I got up and wandered back to the rooms, where I found my parents wandering to find ME. We went back up, had some coffee, and then woke up Carolyn for the sunrise. It was too cloudy, though, so we didn't see the sun until it was well above the water. My dad and I hung out at the front of the sports desk until 7:30ish. Back in the room, I read my log thus far. Then I went to take a shower...After that, my family and I went down for breakfast.
The ship was docked in Grand Cayman. We took a boat to eshore and went to 7 Mile Beach (NOT island). My dad and I swam the whole time (which was like ... 3 hours).
We went back to the transit boat area. The women went to shop, and my dad and I went back to the ship. Did I mention the schmuck from before (the shirt guy) seemed to be EVERYWHERE I went?
We went for lucn hafter I poured rougly 3-4 metric tons of sand out of my shorts.
I had a salad, pizza, some fruit, and a cut of cheese cake. Solo, I went back to my room to rest and write a bit.
I wound up sleeping from 2-6:45. My family came back and we decided to eat while watching the sunset. It set behind some clouds. Booooo. Carolyn and I went in the hot tub awhile and then decided to get out and dry off. We went back to change (She always gets to change in the room, and I'm stuck in the crappily small bathroom that always has a wet floor because SOMEONE doesn't understand the concept of NOT tracking gallons of water away from the shower. We met my dad outside by the pool for some coffee -- My 7th cup of the day.
This trip has been full of weird happenings.
The first night we went around the ship, I noticed many lighting fixtures. They were all shaped like whispy mushrooms. Then I had the mushroom soup. Then, I spotted a guy with a Mario mushroom tatooed on his shoulder. Then my dad, today, had a thing of mushrooms stuffed into a bread rolld...the roll was cut to be shaped like a mushroom. T's. |
|
I gabbed my notebook and wrote some video ideas down. Then I went back to the room and did the same. Carolyn came back and we watched some of the Olympics. After 2-3 hours of futile sleeping attempts, I went upstairs and had some pizza and ice cream.
I finally fell asleep WELL past 3am.
Highpoint of the day...The ideas that flowed as plentifully as the coffee that morning.

I woke up less-than-well rested. I went up to the pool at 10:30 but my dad wasn't around. Thirty minutes later he appeared telling me we were late (we weren't) and that he was looking for me everywhere (-_-).
After a quick breakfast, we headed off the ship (the ship had docked earlier that day in Cozumel). We found Bernardo (our guide) and waited for everyone else.
We all got in our pre-paid cabs and headed for Maya Uvas. After a short introductions, we got in our glass bottomed kayaks and followed Berni over the reefs and fish. Wehn that part of the tour was over, we went back to the beach. After a short break, we continued our journey.
Berni led us out pretty far from shore. Everyone in snorkling gear. We saw a lot of cool fish. Berni chased after one flat fish (a flounder, he told us later) on the bottom but couldn't catch it.
Awhile after, we came back and had some drinks, then cabbed home.
My dad and I had some pizza, then located my mom and sister. We went back to our rooms and I took a shower.
The vent above the toilet has become questionable. I cam beginning to believe that it is specifically set up to imitate the noise made after a toilet flush as the water refills the bowl. Because, if it's not already known, ship plumbing is much like the airplane plumbing. WOOOOOSH.
----
After my shower, I read some more of my book. Then, we all went back to Cozumel. I bought a mini-guitar and a flute for 7 bucks. yay.
We came back, I read a bit, then we went to dinner. For th esecond time today, there was an occurance. Since it was not mentioned earlier, I'll state today's first now. Whilst snorkling, hundreds of mushroom-like plants were seen at the bottom of the ocean...C'mon now.
Anyway, my dad had some potato thing..which was cut up and shaped like a mushroom.
I had duck, which was good..but no one felt like eating. I ate 1/4 of it. After dinner I went back to the room to write a bit and play some crappy guitar.
Songs to get:
"Falling Out Of Love At This Volume" "My Sharona" "Lost Cause" |

It's hard to remember what's a dream and what's real, sometimes.
I think last night, everyone came back, and then after that, ther ewas a quarrel about something stupid and my sister and dad left. My mom and I watched the Olympics in her room. I got massively bored and left.
I wandered around the ship for a good 1/2 hour until Carolyn spotted me. We went back to our room and watched more of the Olympics.
Carly Patterson is quite the looker. The only downside to this (though probably caused by her extreme excitement and incredible happiness) is that she seemed kind of..condescending towards others. Hot, though.
I fell asleep soon after.
Highpoint of the day: The kayak/snorkling trip.

Another terrifying dream.
John was over and I wished to boast my campers. He went into the other room and I went to get them out. My huge box of casing (?!) had nothing. And my PMP...Well...1-2 were half covered with black contam...One was completely covered in it...anmd 2 were covered in an orange-red tint. Some seemed to have no myc at all :/ Tent 10 had campers...Two...Upsde down and DEAD. John never came back.
I awoke in the morning a bit upset. I ate my morning mint and wrote a bit.
I watched Along Came Polly 1 1/2 times and decided to go find my family. I did and then we had lunch.
Bored again (this was an all too common occurance during this trip), I returned to the room to read and write. I read for a few hours and completed Playing The Moldovans At Tennis. It was quite the funny book, I must say.
Unsatisfied with the room, I left to find my parents. They were on their way to the Casio. I went up, had some pizza, and slept by the pool for an hour. My dad up and we went in the pool. Afterwards, I took a shower and wrote a bit.
After watching some TV, we packed up and went to dinner.
---- I just had an idea! Party poppers at camp! ----
I had some turkey and my dad had something that reminded him of some mushroom dish. Damn.
Ther was a mini-celebration. The waiters/waitresses danced and people joined them. We left at 9:30ish and went ouside by the pool.
I got some drink that came with a free plastic cup. Yay. We went back to the room and Carolyn and I watched the Olympics. Gary Hall seems like a dick.
Earlier, I set my watch on "countdown:" until we'd be home. As I write this, in 16.5 hours I will be back in the place I wish to be.
I went out for a walk around the ship for probably the last time. I came back and went to bed.
Highpoint of the day was probably that 1 hour nap by the pool. Kinda sad.

I had to get up early, but I was up an hour earlier for some reason. It was like 6ish. I went up, had some coffee with my parents, and then I waited up for my sister. We did a last minute check of the room and got ready to leave.
We sat on the Lido deck and I read some of Ender's Game.
We exited the boat and found out luggage. We got a cab to the airport.
Because my dad rules and he travels a lot, he was able to use his surpreme travel ability (and Premier Traveler advantage!) to nab us a flight a 12:30...On standby. Damn.
Well, we got on the flight. I sat between a guy who laughed a lot and a fat black woman. DAMN.
I read 200+ pages of Ender's Game. Good book, actually.
We landed and went home. I called John. I called Matt. No answer. SADNESS.
I called Matt's cell later and got a hold of him. They were at 6 flags.
I called some people. But everyone was at Ozzfest. At 8ish Dave came over. We went to home depot and stuff looking for the American Weigh.
We were told by some guy to go to Hot Rags at the mall on Elmhurst/Rand. We went there. Got there at 8:45. The jerks close up early! Booo.
Dave came over and saw the campers doing tell on their tent. He didn't seem impressed :/
John called me and I went over there. Matt was there, we hung out for a bit. They came over and checked out the PMP. They were very happy.
John and I watched Seven (Se7en?) and then he went home.
I went almost immediately to bed.
Highpoint of the day: Coming home, seeing my best buds again, seeing my campers.

This is the last day of summer. This will be my last summer entry.
I woke up at 1ish and called John. no answer...He was gonna call me after he went to Church. I figured it might not be over. I went on the computer and talked to people (like Kak, yeahhh!) and then called John at 3. He was sleeping.
Matt called me. I went to his house and then the mall.
We went to Hot Rags and had an awesome time talking with the employees. They RULED.
John called my cell and I let Katie, the girl at the counter, talk to him. After a few calls, he finally got the message that it was the WRONG NUMBER.
He called back like 10 minutes later. We pretended we had no idea what he was talking about. I followed the American Weigh.
We went to Spencer's, next, and I nabbed an Airzooka. Shit yeah!!
We decided it was time for Applebea's. I got some chicken salad and it kicked ASS.
We stopped by Pickwick to torture John with the Airzooka.
Then we came back to my house. I demonstrated the Airzooka on my parents. They thought it was cool, but they were quickly annoyed.
We hung out for a long time and then we called Jenni. Matt left his cellphone in Amanda's car, and we wanted it.
Jenni, Amanda, and Erin came over. We hung out in the driveway for a bit. Amanda and Jenni left to get drunk. Erin stayed.
We hung out in the basement, checked the campers, and then Erin went home.
John came over. We watched some videos we made and it was cool. Not really.
Matt left at 11ish and John left past midnight.
I went to bed somewhat pleased with the past day of summer...However, I wish we had done more.
Highpoint of the day...Getting my airzooka. YEAHHHH!!!!
